James Eadie
Director
James is a licensed carpenter and builder, a construction professional with over 15 years’ experience delivering construction projects.
Holding a Certificate III in Carpentry, Certificate IV in Building and Construction, and Diplomas in both Project Management and Building & Construction, he combines technical knowledge with practical expertise to ensure every project exceeds expectations.
His career spans roles in project management, estimating, contracts administration, and site supervision as a foreman, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both the on-site and operational aspects of construction. This breadth of experience allows James to balance fine-detail craftsmanship with the commercial realities of residential building.
As a leader within EBUILD, James takes personal responsibility for the building process—overseeing site details, subcontractor coordination, client communications, and project quoting. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and approachable nature, he sets the tone for quality workmanship and fosters strong relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers alike.
In recognition of his commitment to the industry, James was nominated for the Building Degree Graduate Awards 2022. His focus remains on delivering homes of the highest standard while guiding clients through a transparent and collaborative building journey.
Mitchell Read
Director
Mitchell is a registered structural engineer with extensive experience across both residential and commercial construction. With a strong technical foundation and years of industry knowledge, he specialises in managing large-scale projects that demand precision, compliance, and innovative problem-solving.
Bringing a comprehensive skill set to Ebuild, Mitchell is deeply involved in planning, project management, and quality assurance. His focus on structural integrity and adherence to industry standards ensures every build is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
Mitchell is also a clear and effective communicator, taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs. By fostering collaboration with architects, consultants, and homeowners, he ensures projects run smoothly and reflect the vision of everyone involved.
