Gymea Bay

Situated in the leafy surrounds of Gymea Bay, this private residence underwent a comprehensive renovation designed to maximise space, light, and comfort. The project centred around structural alterations to the third-floor roof, opening up the living, dining, and kitchen areas into a single, light-filled space. This open plan layout not only enhances day-to-day functionality but also creates a beautiful flow for entertaining.

The home now features three brand new bathrooms – the main, ensuite, and guest – each designed with contemporary finishes and high-quality fixtures for a luxurious yet practical feel. The master suite was reimagined to include a walk-in-robe and ensuite, providing a private sanctuary with a perfect balance of style and comfort.

A standout addition to the home is the cleverly designed butler’s pantry, which incorporates an integrated laundry. This multifunctional space improves workflow in the kitchen while keeping the main living areas uncluttered and refined.

To maximise natural light and create a seamless connection between indoors and out, we installed new skylights, gable end highlight windows, and expansive stacker doors. These upgrades not only brighten the interiors but also open the home to its leafy surroundings, encouraging a relaxed, airy atmosphere.
